Online Counseling

Online counseling, also called online therapy, telecounseling, tele-counseling, or virtual counseling, are counseling services provided by a licensed mental health counselor using a secure internet based platform. The platform uses both audio and live video components (similar to Face Time or Zoom) and can be connected via your computer or smart phone. 

All of our online therapists are professional counselors licensed to provide behavioral health services to Oklahoma residents. 

Therapy online has some benefits to in-person traditional therapy services. Many of our clients find online sessions to be more convenient allowing them to meet with our licensed therapists from the comfort of their own home or office. In addition it may be save time and costs due to the lack of need to commute to a therapist's office. Last, some clients from smaller communities enjoy the extra anonymity of meeting with an online counselor who does not live in their small town. 

Whether you live in the metro area in Oklahoma City, Edmond, Midwest City, Moore, or Choctaw or outside of the metro in Norman, Jenks, Enid, or Stillwater. Telehealth services may be the right fit for you!

In some situations, telehealth sessions are not the best mode of treatment and in-person therapy sessions may be warranted. If this is the case, we will explore the issue with you to make sure we are providing the right therapist for you. 

 Your online therapy sessions may range from $0 per session (full coverage) to $130 per session (no coverage) dependent upon your insurance plan. Our counselors accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Choice, Aetna, and United/ Optum, as well as other insurances.  We encourage all prospective new clients to contact their insurance plan to review their coverage before starting counseling services.
