 Please complete these steps to become a new client of Edmond Counseling and Professional Development.

Please view our Fee Page and our list of counselors to ensure that the counselor you which to see is accepting new clients and is in network with your insurance provider.  

Please Fill Out the New Client Information Form-our office staff will verify your insurance coverage, and will reach out to you to fill out intake paperwork before scheduling your intake session.
