There are no prerequisites, referrals, or registration requirements to join any of our groups.
If a group feels like a good fit, you are welcome to simply show up. Our groups are designed to be approachable, supportive, and judgment-free.

SMART Recovery stands for Self-Management and Recovery Training. It is an international, nonprofit organization offering evidence-based support for individuals working toward recovery from addictive substances or behaviors- such as gambling.
SMART Recovery focuses on building practical skills for change using tools grounded in science, as well as, gaining support from other group members who are traveling the road of sobriety.
The Edmond SMART Recovery Family & Friends meeting is part of SMART Recovery USA.
This group provides a safe, judgment-free space for family members and friends of individuals struggling with addiction. Meetings focus on helping participants care for themselves while learning effective, evidence-based ways to support a loved one. We believe that supporting ourselves is an essential part of supporting others in recovery.
Living with chronic pain can affect nearly every area of life—including energy, mood, relationships, and overall quality of life. Our free Chronic Pain Support Group offers a welcoming environment to connect with others who understand these challenges.
Each session provides encouragement, shared understanding, and practical tools to help manage pain more effectively. Participants explore how daily thoughts, emotions, and behaviors can influence pain—and how small, consistent changes can improve comfort and wellbeing over time.
This group emphasizes mutual support, learning, and living a more balanced and fulfilling life while managing chronic pain.
Navigating the end of a relationship can feel overwhelming, isolating, and deeply painful. Our Free Relationship Loss and Divorce Support Group offers a compassionate space for healing.
Group members come together to share experiences, receive encouragement, and learn supportive practices for coping with grief, rebuilding identity, and moving forward after the loss of an intimate relationship—whether through divorce, separation, or the end of a committed partnership.
You don’t have to go through this alone. Healing is possible—and support is available.
