Kelsey Sweger, L.M.F.T, L.A.D.C.

 With over 25 years of experience serving individuals, couples, families, and communities, I bring a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that all people possess strengths and purpose, and my mission is to help clients uncover those qualities to promote healing, growth, and overall well-being.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Family Relations and Child Development and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Oklahoma State University. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC), with professional experience in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings.

Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I integrate a wide range of therapeutic approaches including the Medical Model, Trauma-Informed Care, Client-Centered Therapy, Systems Theory, Strength-Based, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), an evidence-based practice for treating trauma, grief, and loss.

I help clients increase self-awareness, develop coping strategies, and build meaningful connections in their relationships, families, and communities.

Originally from a small, close-knit town in Oklahoma, I have lived and worked in the OKC metro and surrounding areas for over two decades. Outside of my practice, I enjoy quality time with family and friends and actively serve in my local community through middle school ministry.

I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients in their journey toward healing, peace, and purpose.
