Oklahoma Counseling Jobs

Job Duties:

• Conduct intakes and mental health counseling services for children, teens and/or adults. (Clients  will be assigned to the therapist based on his or her preferred population)
• Complete accurate psychotherapy notes in a timely manner.
• Complete service billing sheet daily.
• Develop treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.

*Majority of clients will be seen in-person, however, clinician must to be willing to see client's virtually if needed or requested. 

Additional Functions:

• Conduct marketing activities as needed.
• Write articles and web content as needed.
• Help at training events if needed.
• Assist co-workers as needed.
• Maintain open and positive lines of communication.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by administration.

Requirements:

• Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Training in evidenced-based practices (preferred).
• The ability to pass a background check.

Skills:

• Proficient computer skills.
• Responsible and organized- The ability to complete paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred).

Requirements (Education, Experience):

• Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor.
• Experience using evidenced based approaches.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to sit for long periods at a time. Able to lift 50lbs.

Working Hours:

Clinician is generally able to set his or her own work hours. Office space for in-person sessions is shared between clinicians.

This position is a w-2  employee (not contract), is office based (no homebased services), with an ethical group of clinicians. Clients are private-pay or private insurance.
